Last year, Hyatt Hotels Corporation transformed the AMR Collection into the Inclusive Collection, part of World of Hyatt, which brought together what the company said is the largest portfolio of all-inclusive resorts on the planet – with more than 100 resorts across 31 destinations in 12 countries.
All told, the Inclusive Collection brands include Impression by Secrets, Hyatt Ziva, Hyatt Zilara, Zoëtry Wellness & Spa Resorts, Secrets Resorts & Spas, Breathless Resorts & Spas, Dreams Resorts & Spas, Hyatt Vivid Hotels & Resorts, Alua Hotels & Resorts and Sunscape Resorts & Spas.
“Each brand has been thoughtfully designed and specialized for all types of travelers, from adults-only escapes with romantic and vibrant atmospheres, to family-friendly resorts off ering a variety of activities and amenities for all ages,” said Erica Doyne, senior vice president-global marketing and communications for the Inclusive Collection.
Impression by Secrets
“Impression by Secrets is the newest brand to join the Inclusive Collection portfolio, setting a new benchmark with the most elevated level of personalized service and amenities, featuring romantic inclusions, personalized butler service and more luxurious off erings,” she said.
So far this year, the Inclusive Collection unveiled six resorts, including Dreams Flora Resort & Spa in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic; Impression Isla Mujeres by Secrets in Mexico; and Secrets Sunny Beach Resort & Spa, Dreams Sunny Beach Resort & Spa, AluaSun Helios Beach and Alua Helios Bay, all in Bulgaria.
New 2023 Openings
“We plan to open four additional resorts by the end of 2023,” Doyne said. “In October, planned openings include Dreams Estrella del Mar Mazatlán Golf & Spa Resort and Secrets Tulum Resort & Beach Club in Mexico. In November, Secrets St. Lucia Resort & Spa is expected to make its debut in St. Lucia, while Secrets Tides Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic is planned to open in late 2023.”
Next year, five new resorts are scheduled to open, including Zoëtry Halkidiki in Greece, marking the first Zoëtry Wellness & Spa Resort in the destination; Breathless Resort & Spa in Bulgaria; Dreams Madeira Resort Spa & Marina in Portugal, the Inclusive Collection’s first resort in the destination; Dreams Grand Island in Mexico; and Hyatt Vivid Grand Island in Cancun, the first Hyatt Vivid resort to join Inclusive Collection, along with Dreams Grand Island, which will share the same complex.
Helping Advisors Sell
Finding the right Inclusive Collection resort for travel advisors’ clients comes down to two things – understanding client preferences and deep knowledge of the 10 brands, Doyne said. “In addition to providing travel advisors with educational resources on brands and properties, we also equip them with regional knowledge and information about culturally significant excursions offered by our partner, Amstar.”
Doyne added: “The Inclusive Collection’s success is significantly shaped by travel advisors, who are the driving forces behind the travel industry.
“Fostering these relationships is core to our continued growth plan, and as such, we continue to conduct both in-person and virtual trainings and webinars, keeping advisors informed of updates and changes to the Inclusive Collection portfolio.”
Confidant Rewards
As part of Confidant Collective, the Inclusive Collection unveiled Confidant Rewards, an advisor loyalty rewards program.
“Confidant Rewards is an integrated program within Confidant Collective, offering travel advisors the opportunity to register and redeem bookings at brands including Impression by Secrets, Zoëtry Wellness & Spa Resorts, Secrets Resorts & Spas, Breathless Resorts & Spas, Dreams Resorts & Spas and Sunscape Resorts & Spas,” said Inclusive Collection’s Erica Doyne.
“This program introduces tiered benefits, allowing travel advisors to earn additional points the more they book and an updated points redemption model. With Confidant Rewards, points are earned based on hotel bookings, and travel advisors can redeem these points on VIP travel advisor benefits, personal charitable contributions, and new redemption items such as gift cards and merchandise that has been carefully curated.”
