This summer is already shaping up to be a scorcher. Now, Club Wyndham is hoping to help travelers beat the heat with a new Antarctica-inspired suite.
The custom-designed lodging stems from a partnership with SeaWorld, which is celebrating its 60th anniversary this year. It’s located at the Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek resort in Orlando, Florida, near SeaWorld Orlando.
To create the one-bedroom deluxe suite, designers took inspiration from SeaWorld Orlando’s new “Antarctica Realm,” which features a new “Penguin Trek” coaster that’s slated to open this summer. The suite has a carved-out ice façade at the front door, a fully equipped kitchen, separate living and dining areas, Antarctica-themed games, a life-sized plush penguin and projections of snow flurries and reflective water effects across the walls.
It can accommodate four guests and is available for three- and four-night reservations between August 1 and September 8, with rates starting at $439 per night.
“This penguin-themed stay creates a once-in-a-lifetime vacation experience for our vacation club owners and guests,” says Annie Roberts, senior vice president of club and owner services for Club Wyndham. “Pair that with a fantastic day at SeaWorld Orlando, and I guarantee your whole family will want to freeze time.”
Every book includes four one-day park admissions to SeaWorld Orlando, as well as free parking, a penguin encounter, all-day dining, reserved seating, 1-time Quick Queue and a one-day PhotoKey access pass.
A portion of each booking will also be donated to the SeaWorld Conservation Fund, a private nonprofit foundation that has provided more than $20 million in grants to 1,300 organizations working on marine and land-based animal conservation and ecosystem projects.
“Guests who book the Club Wyndham SeaWorld Suite will not only enjoy a great stay but can also feel good about supporting our mission to protect and preserve animal habitats and our oceans around the globe,” says Jon Peterson, park president at SeaWorld Orlando.
