Virgin Limited Edition’s Son Bunyola Hotel and Villas opened its doors in Mallorca, joining three villas on a 1,300-acre estate set in the Tramuntana Mountains.
The property, which opened following an extensive renovation, features 26 rooms and suites, a Mediterranean restaurant, a tapas eatery, multiple outdoor dining terraces, a wellness program including yoga sessions and walks, two treatment rooms a large pool and more.
“The northwest coast of Mallorca has long held a very special place in my heart, after first visiting as a young boy with my Mum and Dad,” said Virgin Group Founder Richard Branson. “The historic finca on a UNESCO World Heritage site was just waiting to be lovingly brought back to life, and the team has taken so much care to restore it.”
“There’s also olive groves, vineyards, and some of the best hiking and cycling in the world,” he added. “ I’m hoping it will bring back the magic to those who can remember our original boutique hotel in Mallorca from the early days.”
