Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts introduced the brand’s first all-inclusive package in Mexico at the Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya, which includes dining, premium amenities and bespoke experiences.
The all-inclusive package can be booked through 2027 and applies to all room categories, with no minimum stay required.
“Today’s luxury traveler seeks both freedom and refinement,” said Karina Sierra Guerra, Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya’s area marketing director.
“With our new All-Inclusive Package, we saw an opportunity to meet these changing traveler preferences while remaining true to the service and refined sense of place Waldorf Astoria is renowned for,” she added. “This offering allows our guests to experience the very best of our resort with greater ease and intention, all at their own pace.”
The package includes unlimited premium beverages, artisanal cocktails, sommelier-selected wines, open bar access from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., daily minibar access, in-room dining access to the resort’s oceanfront pools, private beach areas, and fitness center.
Arguably one of the most attractive perks of the package is access to the resort’s renowned culinary offerings, including Malpeque, the property’s flagship beachfront restaurant, led by Chef Mauricio Lazcano, with a menu including grilled octopus, lobster and colossal shrimp.
Other dining options include JA’O, a Mexican cantina; Chaya, serving breakfast and lunch; and Peacock Alley, a lobby bar offering small bites and curated cocktails.
“The All-Inclusive Package is an invitation to experience the full picture of what our culinary team has crafted,” said Lazcano. “Each venue, dish and technique is rooted in the traditions of this famed region.
“It’s a rare opportunity to explore every dining concept at a luxury resort, and I’m thrilled to share this experience with future guests,” Lazcano added.
