Global travel insurance and assistance provider Cover-More Group announces the appointment of Will Nihan as Chief Executive Officer of Travelex Insurance Services, the group’s travel insurance business in North America. Nihan had been serving as interim CEO since February 2024 and brings extensive experience in sales, marketing, and distribution to the role.
Under his interim leadership, Travelex Insurance Services earned several industry accolades, including nomination for the 2024 Virtuoso Award for Best Specialty Insurance, a 2024 Gold Magellan Award from Travel Weekly, and recognition as Best Travel Insurance for Families by top industry publishers including Forbes and USA Today.
“Will is a phenomenal leader who consistently prioritizes the customer experience, with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation in a wide variety of global markets,” said David Fike, CEO of Cover-More Group.

Prior to joining Travelex Insurance Services, Nihan was North America Head of Sales and Distribution at Zurich Global Ventures. He joined Zurich Group in 2022 following executive leadership roles with AIG, Prudential Financial and Omnicom Media Group.
