Riviera
Travel is making it easier for solo travelers to book a river cruise.
The
UK’s leading river cruise and tour operator has expanded its offerings of
no-single supplement cabins across some of its most popular European river
cruises for
2026.
Solo travelers can now book select departures on European itineraries
that include The Blue Danube; Cruise the Heart of Europe; Rhine, Moselle &
Medieval Germany; The Douro, Porto & Salamanca; and The Seine, Paris &
Normandy – without paying extra to travel alone.
With fares starting at $1,800, Riviera Travel continues to be
the leading choice for solo travelers, offering flexibility, value, and
opportunities to connect onboard with other cruisers.
Looking into the future, Riviera has announced that it will
take its solo program further beginning June 2027 with the launch of MS George
Eliot exclusively sailing solo departures on the Danube, Rhine and Moselle
rivers, becoming the world’s first dedicated solo ship.
