In response to continued demand for European river cruises, Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours is opening pre-bookings for its 2027 season—the company’s earliest-ever opening of pre-bookings.
Travelers can now pre-book cruises across France, Portugal and the Rhine-Main-Danube region, with departures starting as early as February and extending through December.
For example, the line is offering a 15-day “Romantic Rhine & Moselle” itinerary from Amsterdam to Basel that travels through vineyard-clad hillsides, charming half-timbered towns and cultural treasures. Also available are 8-day sailings along the Danube, Rhône and Douro rivers, as well as Christmas market sailings and departures in Bordeaux.
For travel advisors, now is a perfect time to book group trips and secure early-season offers.
“We’ve seen a growing trend of guests not only booking farther out to secure their best rate and stateroom category, but also combining our 6-star ocean voyages with river cruises to create the ultimate journey of a lifetime,” says Ken Muskat, president of Scenic Group for the United States and Latin America.
