Two of four remaining NFL teams will descend upon the San Francisco Area for Super Bowl 50, and with them come an influx of tourists attempting to enjoy the party.

One company that has had to deal with that wave of attention in the area is Airbnb, and it recently unveiled some highly interesting tidbits about the current state of affairs as pertains to hospitality in the region.

Now the biggest national sporting event of the year may be in the home of the San Francisco 49ers, but it actually takes place at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, for the uninitiated.

That means there will be a wealth of tourists from all corners of the Bay Area stopping by to rubberneck the big game taking place on Feb. 7.

Here are the various findings posted over on Airbnb's blog.

It's Going To Be Packed:

Airbnb signals what promises to be a very congested area: "Demand is extremely high. Searches on Airbnb for Super Bowl accommodations in the Bay Area have spiked 2.25x above normal. And demand thus far is roughly three times higher than for Super Bowl 2015."

Where You At, Boston:

Obviously, you can't paint all of the travel trends with one broad Airbnb brush.

However, the following insight illustrates that some teams are traveling better than others: "Among the playoff teams, the biggest spikes in Super Bowl bookings so far have come people traveling from Phoenix, Denver, and Charlotte. It looks like Cardinals, Broncos, and Panthers fans have all been feeling optimistic about their team's chances of reaching the title game."

As noted, Patriots fans may just be cautious, which runs counter to the very fabric of life and our understanding of it.

There's Still Room:

One of the more intriguing aspects of the report is there are still plenty of accommodations as far as Airbnb goes: "There are still more than 6,000 listings available in the Super Bowl, including over 1,000 in San Jose, and roughly 80 listings that are walking distance from Levi's Stadium."

We imagine there will be general devouring of those rentals once the teams are finalized this weekend.

Prices:

Of course, the one thing you want to know is how much a rental through Airbnb will run you and your proud pack of partygoers.

Airbnb states: "Thus far, bookings in San Jose and Santa Clara have been for roughly $220 per night. The median price for listings still available in San Jose is $360 per night. Listings in Santa Clara are more expensive, but a quarter of the listings still available are less than $360 per night."

When you consider that this is the Super Bowl, finding anything close to the stadium for under $400 a night is pretty reasonable.

Now this is entering conference championship weekend. We wholly expect things to get truly volatile in the coming week or so.

Grab your Super Bowl houses accordingly.
