US Tour Operators Association Launches New Website

On January 28, the United States Tour Operators Association (USTOA) launched its new website, providing better experiences for members, travel advisors and travelers alike.

Terry Dale, president and CEO of the USTOA, celebrated the new website launch: “The new USTOA.com site has a vibrant, fresh design and overall streamlined user experience with distinct hub pages for each of our stakeholders,” said Dale.

“The website communicates to both current and prospective members ‘why’ USTOA is an essential partner in their businesses, a message that carries through to our valued travel advisor audience," Dale continued. "And inspiration for travelers is abundant including details of the USTOA $1 Million Travelers Assistance Program."

Active and Associate Members of the USTOA will discover improved user experiences, a better event calendar and the USTOA Sustainability Resources Hub with information on the association’s Five Year Sustainability Plan, the USTOA Sustainability Promise and educational resources.

Travel advisors will be able to connect with tour operators easier and find more resources for travel news, trends and tools. Blog posts from members will inspire advisors and travelers alike. Travelers can easily find USTOA members and certified travel advisors for their next trips.

On January 24, the USTOA President Terry Dale signed a statement reaffirming the organization's commitment to sustainability and DEI after the current presidential administration began dismantling initiatives that focused on these two topics: “USTOA believes that travel is a force for good, and as such, we will continue to focus on sustainability and DEI,” the statement reads. “The USTOA Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and you, our members, remain steadfast in our support of efforts to promote diversity, equity and inclusion industry wide.”
