In the aftermath of a stellar 2025, Goway GroupsOnly unveiled a February sweepstakes that enables travel advisors to earn up to $1,000 on their GowayPro Virtual Rewards cards, while also strengthening its leadership team.
“Every new group booking made from February 1, 2026, to February 28, 2026, earns a travel advisor five entries into the contest, with the chance to win one of three prizes,” including $1,000 for the first prize, $500 for the second prize and $250 for the third prize, Goway GroupsOnly said.
On the leadership front, Jennifer Murray was promoted to director of groups sales & reservations, following four years of helping shape record sales. “In her new role, she will ensure Goway GroupsOnly is scaled for growth and maintain consistency across all destinations,” Goway GroupsOnly said.
The company also brought on Ali Rizvi as groups sales & reservation manager for Asia and the Americas, and Patrick Corriveau as groups sales & reservation manager for Europe.
In December alone, Goway GroupsOnly said it increased sales by 25% in sales through 100 group bookings.
The stellar 2025 numbers can be attributed to longer lead times for bookings to destinations such as Japan and Italy, last-minute bookings capitalizing on timely deals and availability, and “growth in women-only group travel, which taps into emerging trends and fosters customer loyalty,” the company said.
“It’s a dynamic time for custom group travel,” said Goway GroupsOnly Vice President Shirley Rourke.
“People are responding to market forces such as overtourism and affordability by joining like-minded travelers to embark on custom group vacations,” she added.
