AmaWaterways has been embracing active travel for over a decade now.
Selina Wank will join the AmaLyra to Paris and Normandy as AmaWaterways' new "Sports Scientist."

Her program will include "morning stretches, jogging, yoga, circuit training, cardio and core strengthening classes as well as discussion groups on healthy eating and relaxation techniques. "
AmaWaterways plans to implement these on select ships for 2018 and 2019 journeys.
