Hotel Xcaret Mexico recently launched a pair of new platforms designed for travel agents in Xcaret Rewards and Xpert Course.
Xcaret Rewards is an incentives program that allows agents to earn cash and free stays at Hotel Xcaret Mexico while Xpert Course is an e-learning program providing agents with the content and tools they need to effectively sell the unique Playa del Carmen property.
As of November 1, the Xcaret Rewards program grants registered travel agents cash prizes of $50 for every three-to-five-night booking and $100 for bookings of six or more nights.
Travel agents in the United States and Canada with an IATA or CLIA number are eligible to enroll in the Xcaret Rewards program at xcaretrewards.com.
Completely free, the Xpert Course includes nine lessons detailing various aspects of the hotel such as accommodations, restaurants and bars, MICE facilities, Corporate Social Responsibility program and weddings, among other topics. Agents can print their own certificate upon completion and refer to the program at any time, after or during completion.
Meanwhile, eligible agents can receive Continuing Education Units for members of The Travel Institute or credits from the Association of Canadian Travel Agencies (ACTA).
Xpert Course graduates will work with Hotel Xcaret Mexico's sales department to ensure they achieve successful sales numbers.
