Those suppliers that support the travel advisor community are the ones that reap major rewards
Recently, the American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA) announced many of its partners would be teaming up for a great incentive for the advisors who achieve Verified Travel Advisor (VTA) certification.
Among those stepping up to further support travel advisors through ASTA include: Globus family of brands, AmaWaterways, Collette, Amadeus River Cruises, Windstar Cruises, Riviera Travel, and Scenic and Emerald Cruises.
They’ll be offering exclusive incentives like bonus commissions, FAM trips and more for the Verified Travel Advisor.
Bonus commissions are of course great. Who doesn’t love a little bonus?
But what the travel advisor community truly needs is more suppliers paying commissions sooner. The more companies begin to pay up front or increased advanced commission payments, the more these top travel advisors are going to sell their product.
Brand loyalty is a powerful tool.
Suppliers have the path to increase an advisor’s loyalty to their brand. In today’s world, starting with their wallets is an easy way to hook them in.
