Since they first started appearing on specially fitted Boeing 777-300ERs on select flights to and from Paris, Air France’s exceptional La Première suites have impressed the travel community.

At a time when many airlines have replaced their first-class category with business class, Air France has created an incomparable experience, complete with in-suite Michelin-starred dining, lie-flat bedding and attentive measures to ensure guests’ privacy throughout the journey.

A new chapter of the Air France and KLM Specialist Program at TravelAgentAcademy.com demonstrates how booking clients in a La Première suite is about as close as it gets to arranging a flight on a private jet — with the resources of a global airline and less work required of the travel advisor.

The program’s goal is to help you confidently describe this highly sophisticated product to your most discerning clients, while educating you on which routes off er the service and how to work with staff to ensure client preferences are met.

High-Flying Luxury

"Five-star hotel comfort in the skies" sums up what it’s like to fly in a La Première suite. As you’ll learn from the program, Air France and its specially trained crew ensure the well-being of your clients in many ways, through features such as:

  • Spacious suites that include drawers for carry-ons, a guest armchair, a privacy partition and sound-and-light insulating curtains, an entertainment system and a lighting and climate control tablet
  • An armchair or daybed that transforms into a 6.5-footlong bed with a memory foam mattress
  • Multicourse dining based on menus designed by Michelin-starred chefs and served on Limoges porcelain at the guest’s preferred time. Courses are paired with wines recommended by a top French sommelier.

Serenity at Every Step

The entire journey is orchestrated to envelop guests in serenity, including a curbside meet-and-greet upon airport arrival, a dedicated check-in, escorts to help navigate the airport smoothly, an enhanced lounge experience before takeoff from the U.S. and a private car for pickup upon landing at Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport, where a newly redesigned La Première lounge offers a Sisley Spa experience, Michelin-inspired menus and more.

Care to Customize?

The new chapter of the Air France and KLM Specialist Program at TravelAgentAcademy.com will provide further information on the other available La Première suite amenities, as well as how to customize them — whether it’s dining requests or booking an entire La Première cabin of four suites for a group.
