Bio
Bailey Dial began her career in the travel industry in 2020 as a Disney-focused agent and has since built an impressive and diverse client portfolio. In 2024, she surpassed $1 million in sales and is on track to reach nearly $1.5 million in 2025. With an average client spend of about $6,000 per trip, this success represents a tremendous volume of bookings and countless happy travelers.
Over the years, Dial has expanded her expertise beyond Disney to become a go-to planner for Hawaii, Alaska, cruises, the Caribbean/Mexico, and custom European itineraries. Beyond her personal sales achievements, she has stepped into leadership as a team lead and as the head of our Agent Development program. In this role, Dial mentors and motivates new agents, helping them set ambitious goals and pursue them with confidence and energy.
