Taking place June 20 - 22 in the Riviera Maya, Mexico, DanceFIT - KS is a perfect excuse to thaw out and shape up with beachfront dance and fitness sessions led by Karina - a five-time U.S. National Dance Champion and Season 13 Champion of the hit show, Dancing with the Stars.

As a part of this unique retreat, Karina will introduce guests of El Dorado Casitas Royale and Generations Riviera Maya to her proprietary DanceFIT - KS program, combining dance with muscle pumping workouts appropriate for all fitness levels. Set against a picturesque backdrop of the azure sea, white sand, and swaying palm trees at El Dorado Casitas Royale, one of Conde Nast Traveler's Top 100 Hotels in the World, DanceFIT - KS is inspired by elements from Karina's best-selling dance fitness DVD Shape Up with Karina Smirnoff and sessions at her Karina Smirnoff Dance studio in Woodland Hills, Calif.
The three-day experience will begin with a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to get to know this favorite television star personally during an intimate meet and greet over craft cocktails and Gourmet Bites, including autographs and photographs with the world champion dancer. After a good night's rest (or a late and lively evening; it is a tropical vacation after all), guests will be motivated to get moving as Karina leads them toward achieving better results through education on proper form and technique.
Participants will experience firsthand why Karina has become Dancing with the Stars' most recognized and beloved instructor as a part of a one-hour Latin dance class and a one-hour Shape Up with Karina Smirnoff inspired class. During these beachfront interactions, Karina will showcase her talents while revealing body-trimming secrets that have made her "one of the most stylish and fit stars in Hollywood," with a focus on learning some favorite dance steps while building strength, losing inches and increasing stamina, burning fat and calories while having fun, confusing the muscles to get more effective results, and learning to optimize every workout.
