The Hawaii Destination Specialist Program is the perfect way to build your expertise in Hawaii. The course provides two levels of certification. Certification One provides an in-depth Introduction to the Hawaiian Islands. Certification Two is a roadmap for expertly selling vacations to Hawaii. After completing level one, travel advisors receive a Hawaii Destination Specialist Certificate.

Travel advisors can expand their knowledge with Level Two certification and select the islands you would like to learn more about. There are detailed courses on Kauai, Oahu, Maui Nui (Maui, Molokai and Lanai) and the Island of Hawaii. Each island has its own Island Specialist Certificate. After completing them all, travel advisors earn the Hawaii Destination Expert title.

This certification two section is Selling the Hawaiian Islands. This is a more in-depth course on Hawaii and helps travel advisors set a roadmap for selling the destination.

There are four additional courses on individual islands. These include the Kaua'i Specialist Certification, the O'ahu Specialist Certification, Maui Nui Specialist Certification and the Island of Hawai'i Specialist Certification. Each of these courses provides detailed information on the specifics of the island and what makes them unique for visitors.
