Jurassic World Velocicoaster (Opening Summer 2021)

Universal Orlando is getting a new rollercoaster this summer. Opening at the Islands of Adventure theme park, the Jurassic World Velocicoaster is set to roar over tracks at 70 mph and will rocket riders over 150 feet in the air. For the bravest thrill seekers, the ride will send riders upside down for more than 100 feet along in addition to a daring barrel roll over the Islands of Adventure lagoon.

Ice Breaker Seaworld (Opening Summer 2021)

Named after the Arctic mountains, Ice Breaker is the latest roller coaster in Seaworld. The ride features a 93-foot tall spike that will drop riders down a 100-degree angle, and the ride tops out at 52 miles an hour. With a minimum rider height of 48 inches, it's for almost the whole family.

Riptide Race SeaWord Aquatica (Opening 2021)

The Aquatica water park inside of SeaWorld has been awarded the Nation's Best Outdoor Waterpark by USA Today, and there's a new ride to take things up a notch. When the Riptide Race opens to the public, riders will race down a 68 foot tower on rafts. Racers can also compete against each other on side by side lanes as they fly over 600 feet of slide.

Brickbeard's Watersports Stunt Show LegoLand (Opened Winter 2021)

Legoland is a favorite destination for families with younger children, and there's a new show to entertain the littlest travelers. Brickbeard's Watersports Stunt Show includes pirate characters, new water stunts, and a fly board act. The show is located at Pirate's Cove inside the Legoland theme park.

In The Game ICON Park (Opening Early 2021)

ICON Park is a 20 acre, walkable entertainment destination in Orlando that's home to the Orlando Eye. One of the latest additions to ICON park is In The Game, a new family-friendly entertainment center that will have 70 arcade games, an interactive mirror maze, escape rooms, and virtual reality experiences. In The Game joins other ICON Park virtual attractions like Arcade City and 7D Dark Ride Adventure.

ICON Park Slingshot (Opening Summer 2021)

Get ready to be launched 450 feet in the air in this all-new exhibit in ICON Park. Riders will travel at over 100 miles per hour before being dropped back down to the ground. The ICON Park Slingshot claims to be the world's tallest slingshot ride.

ICON Park Drop Tower (Opening Summer 2021)

Another ride that's not for the faint of heart is the ICON Park Drop Tower. Standing at over 430 feet, the ride can hold 40 riders at a time for a view of the Orlando Skyline before plunging them down in a 75 mph free fall. ICON Park claims this ride is the tallest freestanding drop tower in North America.

Frontyard Festival (Opened Spring 2021)

For anyone missing live concerts, Frontyard Festival gives concertgoers a way to experience the in person music experience while remaining socially distant. The festival space is on the ground of the Dr. Phillips Center, and there's already a lineup of shows scheduled for this summer. Guests will get a boxed seating area for up to five people where they can order food and drinks while watching a show.

Cirque du Soleil: Drawn to Life (Opening 2021)

Slated to open this year, the latest Cirque du Soleil show is a partnership between Cirque du Soleil and Walt Disney animation studios. In the show, an animator's drawings come to life. The enthralling new show combines the acrobatics of Cirque du Soleil with the delightful world of Walt Disney.

Star Wars Galactic Star Cruiser (Opening 2021)

Star Wars fans, rejoice! The new Disney attraction will let you live out your Star Wars fantasy for two days and two nights. Guests will live aboard a Galactic Star Cruiser, and cabins can sleep up to five people. During the stay, guests can test their lightsaber skills and operate the ship's navigation, under supervision of course.

The Walt Disney World Swan Reserve (Opening Summer 2021)

The new 349 room hotel is part of Disney's Swan and Dolphin resort complex. Guests will have access to all of the amenities in the rest of the resort, and the hotel is within walking distance to Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios. Enjoy perks like an extra hour in one of the four Disney parks, complimentary parking at Disney parks, and complimentary transportation to and from the Disney parks.

The Residence Inn at Flamingo Crossings (Opening July 2021)

The new Residence Inn at Flamingo Crossings features one and two bedroom suites with separate living rooms and dining areas. The kitchens come equipped with a full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, and cooktop oven.The 7 floor property has 85 rooms and 185 suites, and there's also two spas and a poolside restaurant. There's a free hot breakfast for guests to enjoy before they make their way to the nearby parks.

Aloft Orlando (Opening March 2021)

Joining the Marriott network of hotels, Aloft is steps away from Seaworld and a few minutes drive to DisneyWorld. The hip new hotel has 7 floors and 144 rooms. The property is also pet friendly, allowing two pets per room. There's a 24/7 pantry and a lounge where guests can hang out and shoot pool

Home2 Suites by Hilton Orlando (Opened February 2021)

Just 10 minutes from Disney World, the Home2 Suites by Hilton is located in the Flamingo Crossings Town Center. There's 272 guest rooms and the largest is just over 500 sq feet. Some of the one and two bedroom suites have separate living areas, full kitchens, and lots of space to spread out. The Orlando International Airport is only 27 miles away.
