Hacienda Hotel - New Port Richey, FL
16/16Originally built and opened to the public in 1927 for around $100,000, the historic Hacienda Hotel was once well-known to celebrities but hasn't actually had guests in years. But work is currently underway to restore and resurrect the downtown crown jewel. Following the completion of an estimated $6 million renovation project, the historically preserved building will be transformed into a 40-room boutique hotel overlooking the scenic Pithlachascotee river. Nestled in heart of charming New Port Richey, and on the National Register of Historic Places, the hotel looks to welcome its first guests in more than 30 years by the end of 2020.
