Allianz Partners is rolling out a new tool to make it quicker and easier for travel advisors to access the travel insurance and assistance provider's most current travel protection product information and to share it with their clients. On Wednesday, Allianz announced the launch of a new digital brochure portal within the AgentMax Online travel advisor platform. "The latest brochures are available as PDF files in a new two-page format that makes the information both easier to digest and more eco-friendly than Allianz’s previous printed brochures," the company said.Travel advisors can sign into their AgentMax Online account and click on the "Order Brochures" button from the homepage. The brochures available will reflect the user's unique account identifier and can then be quickly selected for viewing or printing via a dedicated email that can be forwarded to clients. The new portal will feature more than 100 product brochures that are automatically updated to reflect any changes. Each brochure includes a list of the respective product's travel insurance coverage and benefits, as well as situations that are covered for trip cancellations and interruptions and contact information for any customer questions."Travel advisors told us that they want immediate access to our most up-to-date product brochures and are looking for ways to reduce waste and support sustainability," Richard Aquino, Vice President and Head of Sales at Allianz Partners USA, said in a statement. "We’ve responded by building a new digital brochure portal within AgentMax Online that delivers the most up-to-date brochures in a way that is both efficient and eco-friendly."Allianz sent more than 100,000 emails to its travel advisor partners to advise them of the availability of the new portal and has developed a training flyer and training deck for advisors.
