The island will soon debut an expansive area featuring an oversized heated pool, creating a new hot spot for guests to soak up the Bahamian sun. Families will appreciate the dedicated splash zone with fun water fountains and features for children, while adults can enjoy the swim-up bar where they can continue to use their unlimited open bar package from the ship.
Arriving passengers will be welcomed by a new multi-ship pier, an engaging welcome center, and a convenient tram service for effortless island transportation. The development plans also include extending popular onboard experiences to shore, including a new Vibe Beach Club for adults and Horizon Park, a recreational area with lawn games for the whole family.
For those seeking relaxation, a new area with swaying hammocks perfect for afternoon naps will complement the authentic beachside Bahamian atmosphere, along with additional Tiki-inspired amenities to be revealed soon.
These enhancements are just the beginning of NCL's reimagining of Great Stirrup Cay, reinforcing the company's commitment to delivering more of what guests love about cruising with Norwegian Cruise Line.
