Air France has significantly upgraded its US lounge presence with new and redesigned facilities that bring French elegance and hospitality to American travelers before their transatlantic journeys.

The airline's newest addition opened at Chicago O'Hare International Airport in Terminal 5, marking Air France's first lounge in the Windy City.

Operated in partnership with Global Lounge Network, the 470-square-meter space features 105 seats and floor-to-ceiling windows offering runway views.

The lounge welcomes Air France Business and Flying Blue Elite Plus customers, along with eligible KLM travelers, daily from 5 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Guests can enjoy French culinary specialties including beef bourguignon and country-style chicken, while Flying Blue Ultimate members have access to an exclusive private area.

In Los Angeles, Air France opened a spacious lounge in the Tom Bradley International Terminal in 2024, offering more than 1,100 square meters of refined space for 172 passengers.

This premium facility features furniture from renowned French designers, including Patrick Jouin and Pierre Paulin, creating an authentic Parisian atmosphere.

The lounge includes a live cooking station where chefs prepare dishes such as pan-fried prawns and cassoulet with duck confit on request.

A dedicated Clarins spa area offers complimentary facial treatments, including "anti jetlag" and "instant detox" services.

La Première passengers enjoy a private 12-seat area with its own dining space and exclusive spa treatments.

Air France reopened its renovated Boston lounge in August 2025 at Terminal E of Logan International Airport. The 550-square-meter space seats 126 guests and showcases the airline's signature design elements, including its historic winged seahorse logo and heritage posters.

The lounge features Air France's iconic blue, white-and-red color scheme complemented by oak wood and champagne metallic accents.

A dedicated Flying Blue Ultimate section provides comfortable seats in a private setting.

All three US lounges emphasize sustainability through local and seasonal produce, reduced food waste and water fountains to minimize single-use plastics. Each facility offers free Wi-Fi, power outlets and digital press access.
