Delta Air Lines Adds New Routes to Popular Vacation Destinations

Delta is adding four new routes to its network including new connectivity to Los Cabos from Austin, Texas.

The new routes were first seen in the aviation analytics database Cirium and reported by The Points Guy. The latest additions to Delta’s flight network include:

• JFK, New York, NY (JFK) to Sarasota Brandenton International Airport (SRQ), Florida
• Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) to Fargo, North Dakota’s Hector International Airport (FAR)
• Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) to Mexico’s Los Cabos International Airport (SJD)
• Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) to Colorado’s Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE), near Vail
  
  

All of the routes will begin operating December 20, 2025, according to TPG. Flights between JFK and Sarasota will be operated by Delta affiliate Republic Airways, according to TPG.

The new Austin to Los Cabos route will operate daily through April 12, 2026. The JFK to Sarasota route will also operate daily with that service ending May 6, 2026.

Flights between Minneapolis to Vail, meanwhile, will run daily through Jan. 5, 2026 and will also be available weekly on Saturdays between January 10, 2026, through March 28, 2026.

Just last week, the carrier announced a handful of new international routes as well. Starting in May 2026, Delta will begin flying new routes from Seattle to Rome and Barcelona.
