A year mired in polarizing rhetoric and calls of racism and prejudice from all corners of the country will again hear of another person's claim of being kicked off a flight simply for the language they used.
This time, it's YouTube star Adam Saleh who claims that he was kicked off a Delta flight for, what he claims, is a simple matter of making other passengers feel uncomfortable after speaking Arabic.
Saleh, known for his prank videos, has amassed over 1.6 million subscribers on one of his channels.
In the above video, Saleh states: "We're getting kicked out because we spoke a different language. This is 2016. Delta airlines are kicking us out because we spoke a different language."

An Aljazeera.com report cites a Delta statement on the flight headed to New York that reads: "Two customers were removed from Delta flight 1 departing London-Heathrow today after a disturbance in the cabin resulted in more than 20 customers expressing their discomfort.
We have spoken with the customers who were removed; they were rebooked on another flight. Plans are in place to immediately speak with our crew and other passengers when the flight lands this afternoon. We will provide an update once we have more information."
The above video does show some passengers in the back of the plane showing signs of relief, shouting their goodbyes to a removed Saleh.
TravelPulse has had a few stories this year of people being removed or targeted over what was alleged xenophobia. In April, a woman claimed she was profiled on a United flight. Back in March, a person was removed from a flight for a similar reason as is purported above, someone was made uncomfortable.
According to the Aljazeera report, Saleh intimated on social media that he would be seeking legal action against the airline.
