Travelers making a New Year's resolution to see more of the world will be happy to hear that Southwest Airlines is offering discounted fares to help people follow through with their promises.
Before breaking down the best deals Southwest is offering with the New Year's deal, the airline has some stipulations that need to be followed. First, all applicable deals must be booked by January 4 and travelers must purchase their tickets 21 days ahead of their scheduled departure date.
Tourists looking to fly domestically should understand the carrier's applicable travel dates for this sale, including January 8 through May 22 in the continental United States, as well as January 14 through February 28 and April 23 through May 16 to San Juan, Puerto Rico.
As for limitations, Southwest revealed the fares are non-refundable; restrictions and exclusions apply; and seats, travel days and markets are limited.
Some of the best Southwest deals include flights between Atlanta and Boston for $69; Chicago and New York City for $91; Dallas and New Orleans for $109; Los Angeles and Las Vegas for $59; and San Juan and Chicago for $152.
