Hilton has partnered with AI-powered business travel and expense platform, Navan, to launch an industry-first hotel-Travel Management Company to modernize the corporate hotel booking experience.
The TMC will be integrated with Hilton’s Central Reservation System, allowing corporate travel planners to search, book and access corporate hotel distribution.
“Navan has consistently pushed the boundaries of what’s possible in managed travel,” said Dane Molter, SVP, Group Travel Marketplace, Navan. “Collaborating with Hilton on this direct connection will allow us to deliver superior experiences for users from their initial hotel search through booking and checkout.”
Navan and Hilton Direct Connect will provide Navan with direct, real-time access to Hilton’s CRS and provide property and room content directly from Hilton for Navan customers.
