Oceania Cruises recently announced that it would be featuring new evening Tapas Menus in its Terrace Cafe, so to celebrate, we thought we'd take a look at all the restaurants available on the epicurean cruise line, all of which are included in the fare, save for La Reserve.
Terrace Cafe and Waves Grill
The ships' buffet and pool grill are already elevated culinary experiences thanks to premium inclusions like lobster and wagyu beef, and now the cruise line is adding regionally flavored tapas ranging from a Crostini with Bresaola, Gorgonzola and Fig Compote to Molten Cheese Soufflé with Chive Velouté.
The Grand Dining Room
While the specialty restaurants to follow are excellent for their own unique genres of food, the Grand Dining Room should not at all be forgotten. Oceania is one of the best cruise lines for fine cuisine, and the main restaurant is every bit a part of that reputation thanks to the likes of delicious Norwegian Salmon Tournedos.

Polo Grill
Probably offering the single largest menu of any steakhouse at sea is Polo Grill, improving upon favorites by crafting dishes such as its signature Pancetta Wrapped Veal with Lobster. Even the traditional Caesar Salad and Crab Cake courses are sublime.
Toscana
Here's an Italian restaurant that not only serves fresh shavings of parmesan cheese from a giant wheel, it also offers an olive oil menu to try a wide variety of flavors all before the great pastas and main courses including classic Osso Buco. The newly introduced Sirena cleverly combines Toscana and the Polo Grill into Tuscan Steak to make up for the class of ship's fewer restaurants from the larger Marina and Riviera.
Red Ginger
The Asian Red Ginger restaurant is one that makes its way to the Sirena from the Marina and Riviera with exquisite sushi served impressively with your choice of chop sticks (or silverware if preferred) and other tasty selections including Caramelized Tiger Prawns and Beef Teriyaki.

Jacques
Special for being directly inspired by Oceania's Executive Culinary Director Jacques Pépin, the French Jacques restaurant is one of the finest onboard. From logo-stamped bread rolls to a mouthwatering Poached Scallop Gnocchi with Lobster, the presentation and flavors astound. I've never before had a more perfectly sautéed Dover Sole before than here.
La Reserve by Wine Spectator
Lastly, as the only restaurant onboard the Marina and Riviera that comes with a worthy surcharge, La Reserve by Wine Spectator pairs fine wine with a decadent set menu of exquisite courses along the lines of Bay Scallops and Jamon Iberico and Raspberry Caramelized Mille Feuille.
And if all of that is not enough to satisfy your cravings, Oceania presents a hands-on Culinary Center onboard and signature Culinary Discovery Tours ashore.
