Amadeus River Cruises are offering more options for North Americans seeking a European river cruise vacation.
In partnership with Auto Europe and David Morris International, the award-winning veteran operation can now be reserved by domestic travel agents.
"Auto Europe and DMI are pleased to announce our collaboration with Amadeus River Cruises," said David Morris, President of DMI, in a press release. "We are very proud to present this outstanding travel program in the U.S."
Amadeus River Cruises is boosting its presence in the States with an office in Denver, Colorado. Though the line has hosted many U.S. groups and charters, the new partnership will allow bookings to be bundled with pre- and post-cruise hotel stays, flight arrangements, car rentals and travel insurance.
Family owned and run for 40 years, the Amadeus fleet sails from Amsterdam to the Black Sea. Modern vessels feature cabins with an average of 200 square feet.
The cruise fare includes free Wi-Fi, use of bicycles, all port charges and fees, 24-hour coffee station, in-cabin bottled water, plus regional wines and beers at lunch and dinner. New menus are fully served at breakfast, lunch and dinner in the dining room, and alternative dining is available for light breakfasts and lunches.
Marilyn Conroy, EVP with David Morris, added in the press release, "Amadeus is able to offer an outstanding superior product at a good value. We feel they will soon get the attention from the trade that they deserve."

Amadeus River Cruises' push into the North American market comes at a time when U.K.-based Riviera Travel is making similar efforts to expand its European river product reach. The result is an increasing list of brands available to domestic clients as competition heats up.
Amadeus will be marketed via Auto Europe's sales professionals, who will also help with agency promotions. Retail commissions are available at 15 percent plus benefits for groups.
