In preparation for 2018, American Cruise Lines has announced two additional itineraries in Puget Sound, effectively tripling the company’s capacity in the area.
“The Pacific Northwest is one of the most captivating locations in the United States and we are thrilled to be able to offer so many unique itinerary options aboard the newest ship in the region,” said Timothy Beebe, Vice President of American Cruise Lines, in a press release.
Both conveniently roundtrip from Seattle, Washington will be a new 5-day Highlights of Puget Sound sailing and a new 11-day Grand Puget Sound voyage. These itineraries are in addition to the currently available 8-day Puget Sound & the San Juan Islands offering as well as Alaskan cruises.
Sailing the routes will be the line’s newest American Constellation. The shorter Highlights of Puget Sound cruise will feature stops in Anacortes, Friday Harbor and Port Townsend, while the longer Grand Puget Sound one showcases the San Juan Islands and extra calls in Olympia, Tacoma and Victoria, British Columbia.
The American Constellation will first head to the west coast to cruise a number of 8-day Tulip Festival voyages on Puget Sound in April and then head up to Alaska for the summer.
The fresh Grand Puget Sound and Highlights of Puget Sound next launches in the fall.
