Carnival Cruise Line is adding new 2026-27 departures from PortMiami aboard two of its ships, Carnival Magic and Carnival Sunrise.
The vessels will visit destinations throughout the Bahamas, including Carnival’s forthcoming private island destination on Grand Bahama, Celebration Key.
“These sailings build on our strong deployment plan from the Cruise Capital of the World for 2026/27,” says Fred Stein, vice president of itinerary planning for Carnival Cruise Line. “Year-round from PortMiami, our guests have an incredibly diverse range of itineraries to choose from as they plan their next fun and memorable cruise vacation.”
Throughout 2026 and into early 2027, Carnival Magic will offer a variety of cruises from Miami, with 6- and 8-day voyages in the Eastern Caribbean, Western Caribbean and Southern Caribbean. The ship sails from PortMiami year-round.
Carnival Sunrise, meanwhile, will offer short itineraries of either four, five or six days long. The ship will sail to sunny destinations in The Bahamas and the Caribbean, such as Nassau, Grand Turk, Grand Cayman and Ocho Rios.
In addition to Carnival Magic and Carnival Sunrise, the cruise line will also have Carnival Celebration and Carnival Horizon based in Miami in 2026-27.
