Travelers can get up to $2,000 in flight credits when they book HX cruises to Antarctica, Greenland, the Galapagos and other destinations during wave season.
HX, formerly Hurtigruten Expeditions, is also dropping the initial trip deposit to 20 percent. Members of HX’s 1893 Ambassador loyalty program can also get up to 10 percent off bookings during wave season.
The expedition line’s wave offer runs from Dec. 20 to March 31, 2024. It’s valid on HX itineraries scheduled for between March 29, 2024, and March 30, 2025.
The air credit amount, which will be applied as a discount, varies based on the destination. For instance, travelers can save $500 off trips to Svalbard and $1,000 off trips to Greenland. Travelers do not need to book their flights via Hurtigruten to get the deal.
When travelers visit the HX website to pursue the different itineraries included in the sale, they’ll encounter the company’s new visual identity. HX and sister company Hurtigruten recently updated their websites, social media channels, advertising and other platforms as part of a broader rebranding project.
