The Norwegian Jewel is currently on a repositioning cruise from Seattle after spending the summer in Alaska.
The ship is headed toward Japan and will make ports of call in several Asian cities on its Transpacific cruise. The journey is scheduled to last 16 nights and will conclude on October 18, 2023.
The Jewel is scheduled to visit Hakodate and Sendai before arriving in Tokyo, where it will launch winter itineraries that include Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Indonesia, Taiwan, the Philippines, and several other cities.
The ship will also visit South Korea in March on a special 10-night cruise that includes Nagoya, Naha, Amani Island, Incheon, Cheju, Nagasaki and Kochi.
The Jewel Is scheduled to cross the Pacific again and return for another summer in Alaska beginning in late April of 2024.
The ship can hold 2,400 passengers. The Jewel was launched in 2005 and redesigned in 2018.
