Princess Cruises was forced to cancel at least two voyages due to issues with its Regal Princess ship, reports the the Houston Chronicle.
The company canceled a Western Caribbean voyage that was scheduled to depart October 27, as well as another cruise that was supposed to leave November 3.
The vessel is currently in Galveston, where it was towed after losing power multiple times and suffering a fire in the engine room during a transatlantic crossing from Southampton, England.
The company offered affected guests full refunds, as well as a future cruise credit.
Princess is also offering up to $200 for guests who had to change their flights.
