More than a dozen people have been banned from sailing with Carnival Cruise Line after fighting at PortMiami.
According to NBC Miami, the skirmish took place on Monday between two families.
A video posted online shows people shoving, kicking and punching, however, members of both families declined to press charges.
A Carnival Cruise Line spokesperson confirmed the incident in a statement shared with TravelPulse, sharing that the incident occurred in the debarkation area under the authority of U.S. Customs and Border Patrol.
“We are appreciative of law enforcement’s swift response and handling of the matter,” according to the spokesperson.
“We do not tolerate such behavior, and 16 people have been placed on our Do Not Sail List.”
