Princess Cruises is partnering with Australian celebrity chef Curtis Stone to serve his cuisine in the main dining rooms and develop a specialty restaurant for the fleet.
Stone's first restaurant at sea will debut in December aboard Emerald Princess, which sails from Fort Lauderdale to the Caribbean, and Ruby Princess, sailing from Los Angeles to Hawaii and Mexico.
The roll-out will continue on Coral Princess, cruising the Panama Canal, and then Sun Princess in Australia.
The "Crafted by Curtis" menu items will debut on the Golden Princess in the fall and roll out fleet-wide through the end of 2015.
Stone also will develop an exclusive Chef's Table experience that will debut across the fleet beginning in early 2016.
Stone began cooking at age 18 in Australia, worked at Michelin-starred restaurants in London before opening his own restaurant, Maude, last year in Beverly Hills.
He has appeared on a number of top-rated cooking programs, most recently starring as a mentor on Food Network's "All-Star Academy." He is host of the network's new show "Beach Eats," which premieres Aug. 12. Stone also has written six cookbooks, including his most recent "Good Food, Good Life."
