For horror movie fans heading to Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood this fall, the addition of mazes based on the hit film Poltergeist will make Halloween Horror Nights unforgettable.
Starting September 14, the mazes based on the iconic supernatural horror film will transport guests into most iconic scenes from one of the scariest films of all time. Visitors will be forced to encounter the memorable Poltergeist characters that spawned their first nightmares.
When tourists enter the Poltergeist maze based on the home of the Freeling family, which was built on the remains of an old cemetery, they will come face-to-face with infamous moments, including the iconic flickering TV screen, the menacing Beast from beyond and the pool filled with floating corpses.
As guests cross into the light, they will be forced to make their way through the maze and back to the world of the living or forever be trapped. The Poltergeist attraction is just the latest addition to the Halloween Horror Nights experience in Orlando and Hollywood.
The 2018 edition of Halloween Horror Nights starts on September 14 and runs on select nights through November 3. The event will feature 10 haunted houses, the most in the history.
Popular franchises like Stranger Things, Chucky, Killer Klowns from Outer Space and more will be featured this year.
