Being a pilot isn't all that bad.
Actually, according to a rather popular Instagram account, being a pilot is one of the coolest jobs in the world.
The Telegraph profiles Eser Aksan, a pilot who flies for Pegasus Airlines and is a social media virtuoso who commands over 43,000 followers on Instagram.
Born in the Netherlands, this Pegasus pilot has been on the job for three years, showing off the journey by way of a Boeing 737 and through a fascinating Instagram channel.
In an interview with The Mirror, Aksan explains, "Being a pilot was my childhood dream."
"I was kind of a tomboy so I always wanted to fly an F16, but since I'm against war, violence and armies, flying big jets is so much better," she continued.

She says the pros in choosing a career in the air are obvious: "The eternal blue of the sky, fluffy clouds and the ability to visit countries far, far away have always had a big attraction on me."
If the following images weren't enough, the 31-year-old continues to paint quite the picture, describing a job we would love to have: "The best part of the job is that is never gets boring and we always get to see the sun when you climb over the clouds on rainy days.You can see all kinds of beautiful things up there, like at night at 41,000ft when there is no moon you can see the Milky Way sometimes."
The above image features her husband, Volkan, who is also a pilot, albeit for a different airline.
Despite the obvious hurdles that come with having two pilots in the family, both have been able to coordinate their careers to ensure they both enjoy some of the world's more brilliant stops together.
Being a pilot is an arduous and exhausting job, mandating trips to all corners of the world on extremely tight schedules.
However, it also bears remarkable riches in the form of opportunities to see things many of us will never get to experience. And for this pilot, it's all part of the job.
