Officials from the Universal Orlando Resort provided a first look at the theme park's sixth on-site hotel Thursday.
Universal's Aventura Hotel will boast 600 guest rooms and suites and is currently scheduled to open during August 2018. The accommodations will feature wood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows and views of all three Universal Orlando theme parks.
The Aventura Hotel will also be the tallest on-site hotel at Universal, which means the views will be second to none. Originally announced in 2016, the hotel will be located on-site near Loews Sapphire Falls Resort and Cabana Bay Beach Resort.
The rooms were designed with colorful furniture and accent pieces to help people feel comfortable following a long day exploring Universal's theme parks. It feels good to unwind after a wild day of fun, and the accommodations at the Aventura Hotel will make every member of the family feel at home.
The official Twitter of Universal Orlando shared images of the new rooms.

In order to help customers optimize their stay at Universal, each room will be equipped with a tablet loaded with the Official Universal Orlando Resort App, allowing guests to check park maps, hours and even wait times. In addition, the tablets also control the television, thermostat and can order room service.
Though reservations opened in May, travelers looking to book a vacation at the new hotel will be eligible to receive a free $50 hotel dining credit on any stay of four-to-six nights or a free $100 dining credit for all seven-night stays.
