10 Great Travel Deals Before Summer Ends

Summer is almost over, but that doesn’t mean travel and vacation has to end.

There are still plenty of good deals, even though Labor Day traditionally signals the end of summer. Here are a few dug up by Conde Nast.

• If you are over the age of 16 and have a valid college identification, there are some great deals with Lufthansa Airlines. From the United States, you can travel to Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and India, among others. Check with Lufthansa for the deals.
  
  
• Prefer to take a train so you can see more? Book by October 31 and the children will receive up to $700 off for a tour of the American Southwest.
  
  
• If you are flexible and adventurous, try this out. Go to Frontier Airlines for a one-way ticket. As inexpensive as $19. The destination may not be what you wanted, but the price is.
  
  
• If you enjoy a large gathering or the structure of something that is more planned, opt for EF Go Ahead Tours’ Group Coordinator Program. For every six people that sign up, the seventh person is free. Now that’s a good tour deal.
  
  
• Let’s say you just need a hotel, but you would like it to be high-end. Well, right now, depending on the location, Lowe’s Hotels will give you up to $125 in food and beverage credit if you book a suite.
  
  
• How about a little fun with Mickey and the gang? Take a Disney cruise from ports ranging from New York to Brisbane, Australia, and save 20 to 30 percent.
  
  
• Speaking of cruises, how would you like to sail the Mediterranean for as low as $399 for an eight to 15 day cruise? Well, that’s one deal from Costa Cruises. Book through September 8 and choose two Italian ports from where to sail from.
  
  
• Sure, with school back in session it’s not the most ideal time to book a vacation with the family. Bud Holland America has a deal you might not be able to pass up, and you can even book in 2023 or 2024 when school is not in session. Ask for the itineraries and deals where a third or fourth child gets to travel for free.
  
  
• You know how they say that booking in bundles makes things less expensive? Try it with Spirit Airlines. The budget carrier has deals up to 30 percent off when you book the flight, hotel, and even a rental car through their vacation packages.
  
  
• Omni Hotels has a promotion running now through September 28 that rewards you for longer stays. It’s called Longer Days, Longer Stays and you will save up to 15 percent on a second night and up to 20 percent on three nights or more when you book.
