The Inc 5000 list for 2024 has been released and more than a few travel brands are among the latest class of America’s fastest-growing private companies.
Ranked according to their percentage revenue growth over the last three years, this year’s 5000-list honorees managed to make the cut “in spite of the pandemic, inflation, and supply chain woes,” says Inc.
In addition, the 5000 companies that make-up the 2024 list have added a total of 875,791 jobs to the economy. Also noteworthy, 498 of the companies are newly founded.
Focusing on the accomplishments of just the travel and hospitality industry companies on the 2024 list, the statistics are equally impressive.
The travel and hospitality honorees are responsible for creating 12,654 jobs and experienced a median growth of 468 percent over the past three years. There’s also 46 repeat honorees on this year’s list of travel and hospitality companies and 8 newly founded travel industry companies.
Among the travel brands that earned recognition this year are Travefy, a company that creates business operations software for travel advisors; Jetset World Travel, a luxury travel planning company, and Titanium Tours, a destination management company that creates luxury customized itineraries for North American travelers.
But those are merely a few of the travel industry names that can be found on the Inc. 5000 for 2024. Here’s a small sampling of some of the highest ranked travel brands on this year’s list.
Titanium Tours
Rank: 108
Led by Jesus Repetto and founded in 2011, Titanium Tours has experienced 3,018 percent growth over the past three years.
Tenon Tours
Rank: 197
A company that creates custom vacation packages for individuals and groups to Ireland, the United Kingdom, Italy and Iceland, Tenon Tours was founded in 2007. Over the the past three years, the Massachusetts-based company has recorded 2,005 percent growth.
HVN Travel Group
Rank: 213
A B2B marketplace for private home and villa rentals that unites hospitality professionals worldwide, HVN Travel Group was founded in 2018 and is based in Florida. The company experienced 1,888 percent growth over the past three years.
Jetset World Travel
Rank: 255
A virtual travel agency dedicated to “turning minutes into memories” by customizing four- and five-star vacations, Jetset World Travel moved up in the rankings from 1144 in 2023 to its current slot of 255. The company recorded a 1609 percent growth rate over the past three years.
Discover Destinations
Rank: 312
Discover Destinations offers comprehensive global travel services for executive groups, FIT and student groups. Based in Duluth, Georgia and founded in 2010, the company’s growth reached 1,361 percent for the past three years.
Ladies & Luggage Luxury Travel Group
Rank: 340
A Georgia-based company that “cultivates sisterhood by curating amazing travel experiences to beautiful destinations,” Ladies & Luggage Luxury Travel Group was founded in 2015. Over the past three years it has experienced 1,273 percent growth.
Traveluxe
Rank: 709
Focused on providing stress-free travel planning for busy families and couples, Traveluxe is an Illinois-based company that was founded in 2010. It’s three year growth rate was 673 percent.
Extraordinary Journeys
Rank: 720
Extraordinary Journeys has carved a niche for itself delivering highly-specialized luxury travel services. It organizes custom trips to Africa, South America, Australia, New Zealand, North Africa, the Middle East and the Indian Subcontinent. The Washington D.C.-based company landed at 2557 on the 2018 list and has since moved up to 720 with a 665 percent growth rate over the past three years.
HotelPlanner
Rank: 978
The travel-tech company HotelPlanner combines proprietary AI and a reservations network to serve hotel and other accommodation needs from a single platform. Based in Florida and founded in 2003, the company has experienced a 521 percent growth rate over the past three years.
Luxury Cruise Connections
Rank: 1,045
Focused on providing luxury cruise services to individuals, couples, families and corporate groups, Luxury Cruise Connections is a Miami, Florida-based company that was established in 2010. Over the past three years, Luxury Cruise Connections has grown by 488 percent.
Travefy
Rank: 2,477
Tragedy offers a suite of client management and marketing tools that help travel advisors and professionals save time. The Lincoln, Nebraska-based company was founded in 2012. It has experienced a three-year growth rate of 210 percent.
This is the second year in a row Travefy has made it on the 5000 list, jumping in rank from 4,742 in 2023 to its current slot.
Magellan Jets
Rank: 2,780
The private aviation mobility company Magellan Jets offers a suite of applications to provide access and convenience for booking and managing trips. Founded in 2008 and based in Quincy, Massachusetts, the company has made numerous appearances on the Inc. 5000 list. Most recently, in 2022, it was ranked 3990. Over the past three years, the company experienced a 183 percent growth rate.
