Signature Travel Network, a leading luxury travel advisor network, continues to strengthen its education and professional development offerings with enhanced training tools, including the integrated Harmony AI-Powered Training Assistant, more than 60 micro-learning courses, four new learning roadmaps, and the rollout of Inspire Academy– a new social media-focused initiative. The expanded training ecosystem underscores Signature’s commitment to practical, flexible learning that supports member growth across all levels.
At the center of the updates is Harmony, an AI-Powered Training Assistant embedded within Signature’s Training Center. Designed to go beyond traditional search, Harmony enables members to ask natural-language questions and receive targeted answers drawn from more than 900 courses, along with direct links to relevant training resources.
Signature has also expanded its Micro Learning library to 66 short-form courses, each designed to be completed in 15 minutes or less. Covering topics such as AI, sales, customer service, preferred partners, and destinations, the courses offer flexible learning options, along with features like personalized playlists, progress tracking, and achievement badges.
“Education and professional development have always been core to Signature’s culture, and these enhancements make learning more accessible, practical, and personalized for our members,” said Gina Weyer, Vice President of Training at Signature Travel Network. “In the last year alone, over 4,000 advisors completed more than 150,000 courses, which demonstrates Signature is creating resources that advisors want and need, and that we are supporting different learning styles and helping members apply what they learn directly to their businesses.”
To further support skill development, Signature introduced four Learning Roadmaps focused on Technology, Customer Relationships, Expertise, and Efficiency. These roadmaps group education into clear development paths, helping members to target key competencies from time management to client retention and new tool adoption.
Signature is also expanding Inspire Academy, its social media training programs designed to help advisors build authentic, high-impact digital content. Since launch in January 2026, hundreds of members have engaged with the program, completing more than 2,300 training videos. Inspire Academy continues to expand with platform-specific strategies, content frameworks, and marketing calendars featuring viral hook ideas, themes, and more to create personalized and effective content.
“Inspire Academy helps advisors stay ahead in a rapidly evolving social landscape by providing a clear framework for creating content that builds trust and drives business results,” said Samara Rodriguez, Director of Marketing Analytics at Signature Travel Network. “As platforms increasingly reward originality and authentic voices, we saw an opportunity to equip members with the tools to create content that reflects their expertise, builds trust, and drives real business impact – while expanding visibility for preferred partners through advisor-driven storytelling.”
Additional AI-powered tools are being introduced within Inspire Academy to further support members with content creation and engagement. Members can also deepen their expertise through Inspire Academy boot camps at Signature’s upcoming Regional Events and Signature’s annual Conference.
