Travel Experts will hold its fifth Summit on three AmaWaterways river ships –AmaBella, AmaMora and AmaSonata – March 14 to 21, 2026, on itineraries beginning in Budapest, Hungary, and ending in Vilshofen, Germany.
The activity-packed summit will include one of the luxury host agency’s most popular activities: speed-dating meetings between advisors and suppliers.
“Advisors get to spend quality time in these meetings with suppliers and walk away with both information and a stronger relationship with the suppliers,” said Travel Experts Executive Director Sharon Fake.
“In addition, the advisors get to dine, participate in excursions, and generally interact with different suppliers in a relaxed atmosphere for a full week.”
In Budapest, participants will attend the opening Summit event at the Royal Guard & Riding Hall.
“The three ships depart on March 15 for Vienna, Austria. where three days of scheduled advisor-supplier appointments take place along with advisors joining suppliers for pre-planned dinners in the evenings,” Travel Experts said, adding the fourth day in the city will include and excursions featuring a classical music concert.
The itinerary also calls at Austria’s Melk and Linz and Germany’s Passau.
