A New W Hotel is Coming to Punta Cana

Punta Cana will soon be home to a new W Hotel.

The brand is slated to open an all-inclusive outpost in the Dominican Republic, according to a report in the Caribbean Journal.

The Punta Cana W is one of a handful of new properties for the W brand that Marriott is opening across the globe this year. A new W Hotel is also on tap for Prague in 2024.

The website for the upcoming Dominican Republic property is still a work in progress, and the hotel is not yet taking reservations.

However, the website reveals that the property will have an outdoor pool, fitness center, meeting space, and free Wi-Fi. Pets will not be allowed.

There will also be a Wet Deck restaurant serving breakfast and lunch, as well as Trade, a restaurant that will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A third restaurant on the property, Scena, will serve dinner, according to the hotel’s website.

The W will join other Marriott all-inclusive properties in the Dominican Republic, including Sanctuary Cap Cana Resort and the Royalton Punta Cana.
