RIU Hotels & Resorts has elevated the guest experience with its Elite Club, now available at select RIU properties.
Travelers staying at these properties can upgrade their experience to Elite Club and take advantage of new features, including premium room locations, exclusive beach and pool areas and premium-level drinks.
Elite Club guests also get to have a number of room upgrades as well. This includes an upgraded minibar with snacks and a bottle of wine. There is an upgraded minibar, in-room aromatherapy, a welcome gift and an upgraded in-room liquor dispenser with premium brands.
The Elite Club also features a number of amenities around the property. Guests can enjoy the exclusive Elite Club lounge, and exclusive breakfast restaurant, access to reservations for a la carte restaurants through the RIU app and a dedicated check-in area.
The RIU Elite Club is currently available at the RIU Palace Kulkulkan Hotel in Cancun, the RIU Palace Baja California in Los Cabos, the RIU Palace Pacifica Hotel in the Riviera Nayarit, RIU Palace Macao Hotel and the RIU Palace Jamaica Hotel. The RIU Palace Antillas Hotel in Aruba is scheduled to open in 2024/2025 and will feature the Elite Club experience.
