Courtyard by Marriott Waikiki Beach has unveiled a comprehensive, multi‑million‑dollar transformation this spring.
The 405‑room property located on Honolulu's iconic Royal Hawaiian Avenue boasts all-new guest rooms designed to embody a modern yet relaxed island aesthetic, including a fully renovated 850-square-foot Penthouse on the 18th floor of the Ola Tower.
The transformation was led by design firm //3877 and also includes an inviting open‑air lobby and lounge overlooking a pool and patio area and the debut of new dining options such as CRATE (a convenient grab‑and‑go concept), Aloha Amigo (the hotel's signature restaurant) and Peppermint Café & Pool Bar, in addition to artisan coffee at Ali'i Coffee Co.
Other highlights include a nine‑hole mini-golf course, an upgraded fitness center, Spa Pure Waikiki, spruced-up meeting spaces and a quieter saltwater pool in the Moi tower.

"The transformation of Courtyard by Marriott Waikiki Beach is about more than interior transformations; it's about creating inviting spaces that connect guests to the heart of Waikiki—business ready, island steady," General Manager Paul Garcia said in a statement.
"We've reimagined the guest experience to celebrate the pulse of paradise while honoring Hawai'i's art of hospitality, defined by the warmth of aloha."
The new-look Courtyard by Marriott Waikiki Beach is celebrating its transformation by offering a limited‑time opening experience, It's A New Stay, which features 5,000 Marriott Bonvoy Points and a waived destination fee, with early summer rates starting at $179 per night.
