A Four Seasons Private Residence development is coming to Walt Disney World.

Now under construction, the development is slated to include a total of 40 homes — a figure that encompasses 31 units located in a mid-rise tower and nine attached boutique homes.

The project is being developed by Host Hotels & Resorts, the country’s largest lodging real estate investment trust and owner of Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort, in collaboration with Four Seasons, according to a Disney blog.

“Together with our partners at Host Hotels & Resorts, we will offer new residents the legendary service, amenities, and experiences of Four Seasons from the comfort of their new homes within the magic of Walt Disney World Resort,” Bart Carnahan, president, global business development, portfolio management and residential, Four Seasons, said in a statement.

Property Design

The residences will be set amid a five-acre enclave adjacent to Four Seasons Resort Orlando. The designer is to be HKS — the same architectural firm that designed the hotel.

Design details revealed to date include property exteriors that reflect the existing resort’s Spanish Revival style including “grand colonnades, columns and arches, French doors, barrel tile roofs, sweeping stairways, and decorative metal work.”

Each unit in the upcoming development will feature open floor plans, premium fixtures, cabinetry and fittings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and private verandas.

There will be eight one-story floor plans available ranging in size from 3,494-square-feet to 4,327-square-feet and featuring three to four bedrooms. For those who need more space, there will also be five two-story, four-bedroom penthouses ranging from 6,576-square-feet to 6,962-square-feet.

Residential Tower

The residential tower’s lobby will include a resident lounge and other flexible gathering spaces. The lobby and common area’s interiors have been inspired by “the beauty of the surrounding environment” and will feature natural wood and stone materials with live plants and gold details.

A private, resident-only pool will also be available. This space is to be surrounded by manicured landscaping and serene lake views and will include lounge furniture, cabanas, towel service, pool service bar, children’s water play area, and an event lawn.

Boutique Homes

The boutique homes in the upcoming development will include nine attached units grouped in four buildings and connected by breezeways.

These residences are to be designed by architect Cooper Cary and built in the French Moderne architectural style.
There are four floor plan options for the boutique homes ranging from 5,207-square-feet to 5,540-square-feet. The homes feature four to five bedrooms.

Each home will include its own outdoor living space and covered patio, pool, and outdoor kitchen. Homeowners will also have access to all amenities in the adjacent residential tower.

Four Seasons Service

A dedicated director of residences will be on staff at the new development to ensure that residents and their homes “are cared for with the same quality and service excellence for which Four Seasons is renowned.”

“Driven by long-standing commitments to personalized service and genuine care residents will enjoy a tailor-made homeowner experience,” according to a Disney blog about the future property.

Concierge and front office assistance, all fully staffed by Four Seasons, will be available 24 hours a day to provide and source a variety of core and a la carte services including menu planning, grocery delivery, dog walking, housekeeping, maintenance, access to premium entertainment and more.

The upcoming property is located approximately four miles from Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom Park.

Construction on the project has already begun and is expected to be complete by early 2026. Sales will be offered exclusively through Golden Oak Realty and are anticipated to begin in late 2024.
