Seasons Hotels & Resorts has just revealed an upcoming expansion of its
residential offerings, announcing plans to develop Four Seasons Residences at its
existing property, The Ocean Club, on Paradise
Island in Nassau,
Bahamas.
The project will be undertaken in collaboration with U.S.-based Two Roads
Development and Access Real Estate.
Expected to open
in 2027, this exclusive oceanfront enclave on illustrious Paradise Island
promises 67 meticulously crafted Private Residences managed by Four Seasons adjacent
to the existing The Ocean Club, A Four Seasons Resort. Coinciding with the
iconic Ocean Club's 60th anniversary, these Residences will present an
unparalleled opportunity for discerning buyers to own a slice of paradise,
complete with the supreme privacy, amenities and style of service for which
Four Seasons is celebrated.

The architecture of
The Ocean Club, Four Seasons Residences will be concepted by leading
hospitality designers SB Architects, while interiors will be masterfully
curated by New York's high-end hospitality and residential design firm, Champalimaud
Design. Both promise to deliver a brilliant blend of five-star luxury and island-inspired
aesthetics.
With options ranging
from expansive two-bedroom, 3,124-square-foot layouts to sprawling five-bedroom,
7,459-square-foot beach villas, each residence boasts oceanfront or oceanview vistas,
floor-to-ceiling windows, and spacious outdoor verandas perfect for indoor-outdoor
entertaining. Each home’s open floorplan features top-tier fixtures, fittings and
meticulous attention to detail throughout. Penthouses boast 9,180 combined
