AIC Hotel Group announced Wednesday it was ending the use of resort credit at the all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotels of Mexico and the Dominican Republic.
The hospitality company will introduce Limitless All-Inclusive to replace the use of resort credit, which will offer guests unlimited access to many amenities for a 25 percent service fee, including golf at Hard Rock courses, Rock Spa treatments, tours, excursions and more.
Limitless All-Inclusive will debut on bookings starting September 15 for travel beginning January 6, 2019, at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana, Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya, Hard Rock Hotel Cancun, Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta and Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos when it opens in 2019.
“As a brand, the all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotels are known for being industry trailblazers continually breaking out of the sea of sameness when it comes to creating unique amenities and guest experiences,” AIC Hotel Group vice president Frank Maduro said in a statement. “Which is why completely eliminating the use of resort credit was the best next step for the brand to take.”
The all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotels instituted Limitless All-Inclusive to maximize the vacation experience for guests by eliminating the cap on resort credit dollars. Now travelers can enjoy resorts in Mexico and the Dominican Republic without the headaches.
