To keep up with the growing demand for unique travel experiences, The Jumeirah Group has launched a second upscale brand.
The Dubai-based luxury hotel company introduced Zabeel House by Jumeirah Tuesday. The new concept will aim to be more versatile based on the breadth of its clientele.
The brand will target both business and leisure travelers across a broad demographic. The hotels will be located at the center of unique neighborhoods so that guests can use them as a base to conveniently explore their destination as if they were locals.
Zabeel House will focus on design and emphasize excelling at the basics in order to create an upscale but casual environment. Jumeirah Group also said that each hotel will offer an element of bespoke design, unique features, and architectural details to reflect the individuality of its location.
The company has already signed five management agreements for Zabeel House properties in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and the U.K.
"The launch of Zabeel House by Jumeirah is a significant milestone in achieving strategic expansion and provides an opportunity for Jumeirah Group to access new localities and destinations," Jumeirah Group chief operating officer, Marc Dardenne said in a statement. "Zabeel House by Jumeirah is for the traveler who wants to enjoy our award-winning hospitality but experience it in a more relaxed and casual setting. The brand has broad appeal, and we are confident that owners will be very pleased with its commercial strengths-not least the endorsement that comes as being part of the Jumeirah family of brands-and guests will be delighted by their Zabeel House by Jumeirah experience."
Each hotel's price point, service attitude and attention to detail will match the curious spirit behind the concept.
Jumeirah Group currently operates 19 Jumeirah branded hotels in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, including the five-star Burj Al Arab Jumeirah in Dubai.
