Palace Resorts is further upgrading its culinary offerings, announcing a new partnership with pastry chef Antonio Bachour.
Bachour has been recognized as one of the top pastry chefs in the U.S. and has been referred to as a "confection master" by restaurant guide Zagat.

Palace Resorts will now feature an exclusive menu of decadent desserts and pastries that have been curated by Bachour at all 10 of the company's properties in Jamaica and Mexico.

By partnering with a passionate pastry chef such as Antonio Bachour, we guarantee guests will experience an unparalleled flavorful, dessert experience," Chapur added.
Palace is fully dedicated to raising the bar with this new gastronomic offering and has invested in additional training for its onsite executive pastry chefs at each resort-each of whom had the chance to undergo a personal training session with Bachour.

Bachour, who grew up in Puerto Rico, has had a love affair with sweets, spending his formative years observing his mother making homemade desserts in the evenings. His father owned a bakery, and Bachour honed his skills over the years by embarking on a global culinary journey that took him to some of the world's best hotel kitchens.
In 2018, Bachour will open his own 5,000 square foot bakery and restaurant in Miami: The Antonio Bachour Bakery + Restaurant + Academy.
Palace Resorts is no stranger to high-end culinary offerings and this new partnership adds to an already robust roster of high-end dining.
The brand announced a partnership with Certified Angus Beef earlier this year, and Palace Resorts chefs have access to ongoing culinary training at the company's cooking school and pastry shop where they can further hone their craft.
In addition to top-notch cuisine, guests at Palace Resorts will experience superlative accommodations and service, something the brand has staked its name on.
